HTPL Chess Club
Our club aims to practice basic to advanced classical thirty-minute competitive play strategies. Boards and timers are provided but participants are encouraged to bring their own.
The HTPL Chess Club is targeted toward people who have never played, as well as those who cannot imagine life without playing.
We meet alternate Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. Sessions may alter in frequency, depending on the library schedule.
Our chess club instructor Writer L. Bush is currently on sabbatical. We will continue to meet and practice until he returns in April.
