Caring for Trees with MSU Extension: Eyes on the Forest

Caring for trees: eyes on the forst. zoom lecture on march 22 at 6 pm

Identify invasive species threatening your trees with MSU Extension’s Eyes on the Forest. Learn about  Asian Longhorn beetles, hemlock wooly adelgid, and many other dangers to our forests and your back yard. The Zoom presenter, Julia Crick will also talk about becoming a tree monitor for the Sentinel Tree Network, where you can register a tree in your area and report on its health twice a year. The data will be added to the Eyes on the Forest data set, and used by researchers to protect Michigan forests.
